CLEANING TECH
Be part of the Showcase Restoration team!
- Entry level position with fire and water restoration company.
- Opportunity to advance with hard work and determination.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in conditions with considerable standing and bending.
- Previous fire/water damage cleaning experience helpful, but not required.
- Must pass drug test and background check.
- Must have valid driver's license with good driving history.
ESTIMATOR
Through building strong relationships in the community, the Estimator will find and bring new business. With attention to detail, will visit losses to create accurate estimates using a strong background in Xactimate software. Strong communication skills needed to stay in contact with customers and with fellow associates to ensure a high level of service is provided and all expectations are met. Dependable, detail oriented individuals with a background in estimating will thrive in this position. Position offers great company support system under strong leadership!

PROJECT MANAGER
Working in a fast-paced environment, the Project Manager will direct the activities of the restoration process from start to finish, including creating a plan for action, managing the job and crew, and ensuring the accurate completion of work. Strong communication skills are necessary to provide excellent customer service and to be an effective manager. Position will allow freedom from routines. Individuals adept at problem solving and time management will thrive as each day presents a new mix of challenges and opportunities. The Project Manager will work toward affecting the bottom line results for each job. This person must have construction knowledge and management skills, and be able to apply them on a daily basis. You also must be a highly motivated individual and a self-starter. Strong company support provides great working conditions and big picture potential!
